1. Your money is protected
You pay MoveSure, not the mover. Your carrier is only paid once your move is complete. No mover can take a deposit and disappear — they never hold your money.
2. Your price cannot change on move day
Your price is fixed and in writing before you book — VAT and fuel included, exclusions listed upfront. If a carrier tries to change it on the day, they answer to us, not to you.
3. You’ll know who’s coming
Before your move, we send you the crew’s names, ID verification and vehicle registration on WhatsApp. No strangers at your door — you know exactly who to expect.
4. Your goods are insured in transit
Every MoveSure carrier carries goods-in-transit insurance, and we verify the certificate ourselves before they get a single job. All-risk cover is available as an upgrade.
5. Someone is accountable
One number to call. Claims acknowledged within 48 hours. A backup carrier on standby for every corridor. If something goes wrong, it’s our problem to fix — that’s the point of MoveSure.
